A Personal Welcome

Welcome to The Relational Centre.

Whether you are seeking therapy, professional training or clinical supervision, I am delighted that you are here.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, families and mental health professionals from diverse backgrounds across Pakistan and internationally. My work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change occurs when people feel emotionally safe, genuinely understood and supported with compassion, curiosity and respect.

I strive to create spaces where healing, learning and personal growth can take place—whether that is within the therapy room, the classroom or through clinical supervision.

My Professional Journey

I am a Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Educator and Trainer with a specialist interest in relationships, trauma, attachment and emotional wellbeing.

Alongside my clinical practice, I serve as an Associate Professor, where I contribute to the education and development of future professionals. I also teach on professional counselling and psychotherapy programmes, facilitate specialist workshops and provide clinical supervision to therapists at different stages of their professional journey.

Working with both clients and practitioners has given me a deep appreciation of the importance of reflective practice, lifelong learning and culturally responsive care.

My Approach

My work is integrative, relational and trauma-informed, recognising that every individual, couple and family has a unique story.

Rather than applying a single therapeutic model, I draw upon a range of evidence-informed approaches to tailor therapy to each person's needs. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration and respect for each client's experiences, relationships and cultural context.

Why I Founded The Relational Centre

Throughout my career, I recognised the need for a space that brings together high-quality therapy, professional education and personal development under one roof.

The Relational Centre was created with the vision of supporting not only individuals, couples and families, but also the therapists and mental health professionals who care for them.

My hope is that it becomes a place where people come to heal, professionals come to grow and communities become stronger through healthier relationships.
